About Kenmore Residents Directory

Kenmore has no single modern volume naming everyone in town. Useful evidence is divided among King County property and election records, recorded documents, Washington archives, and local library collections. We organize those routes so a reader can take a name or address to the right public custodian while keeping owners, voters, parties, and historical occupants clearly labeled.

Why We Built It

Older printed directories no longer provide one current view of Kenmore. The evidence survives in separate systems. King County's Assessor and Recorder keep property records; election information is governed by Washington law; KCLS, the State Archives, and the Kenmore Heritage Society preserve historical sources. We bring together official links, access methods, coverage limits, and office contacts so researchers can choose the proper source without confusing a public-record role with proof of residence.

What Is Included

  • Pages by angle: the street directory (address-keyed records), the city directory (the historical shelf), and the resident lookup (one-person searches)
  • Custodians: King County Assessor, Recorder, Elections, court clerks, Washington vital records, and KCLS local history resources
  • Walkthroughs: how to trace who lives on a street, how to read a directory entry, how to follow a household across the decades
  • Access rules: what Washington law opens, what remains protected, and how to ask a custodian for material that is not online

Our Practical Limits

This privately operated reference site is not connected with the City of Kenmore, King County, Washington agencies, any court, or any library. These limits apply:

  • We cannot confirm whether a particular person currently lives in Kenmore
  • We cannot pull, certify, or change any record on your behalf
  • We cannot add anyone to, or remove anyone from, any roll or database
  • We cannot give legal advice about a record or a dispute
  • We cannot promise that every coverage year, link, or office detail here is current at this moment

Only the custodian office can confirm, certify, or correct a record. Nothing found through this site may be used for credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions.
